About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, ERM Transformation Lead to drive the execution of risk data and technology initiatives, with a primary focus on enterprise stress testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the delivery of work in line with regulatory and firm's expectations. This role requires a professional with extensive risk management experience, particularly in stress testing, and a strong background in project management or product ownership. The VP will be at the forefront of a generational shift in risk management practices, working to transform data, processes, and technology within the enterprise risk management framework. Candidates for this role should have a BS or MS degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of financial services implementation experience. A background in a analytically intensive discipline, such as economics, finance, or computer science, is preferred. The role demands a strong business analyst with the ability to interact and influence senior business stakeholders and technology teams. The VP will be expected to lead the product ownership, strategy, and program management for stress testing data and technology initiatives, as well as establish best practices in program and project management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing risks and issues, and will have the skills to translate complex data into concise messages for decision-making.
