Senior Product Manager - Gameplay

As a Senior Product Manager for Gameplay, you are part of a small team responsible for driving the success of gameplay initiatives on Call of Duty: Mobile. This includes improvements to ensure our matches feel fun, challenging, and rewarding to players. You will work with analysts and researchers to improve our understanding of gameplay opportunities and problems faced by players. Partnering closely with our development partners at Tencent in China, you will ideate around gameplay improvements, align on our gameplay roadmap, and work to build and launch new gameplay initiatives. You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of your gameplay initiatives using A/B tests, analysis, and research, and using those learnings to improve the game in the future. Youll report to the Associate Director of Product who leads all Gameplay initiatives.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $134,320.00 - $248,404.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
