We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Banning, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and healthcare industry hiring.

Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain job descriptions within the Performance Management System to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Enhance and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and Performance Management System through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including cold calling, internet mining, and job board searches, to identify potential candidates.
• Employ diverse methods such as direct mailers, advertisements, personal networking, and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing.
• Liaise with staffing firms, evaluate opportunities, and present viable options to the organization.
• Coordinate and represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events, preparing materials and displays to attract candidates.
• Conduct thorough reference checks, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates and regret letters to those not chosen.
• Manage pre-employment physical processes by coordinating with candidates and Employee Health, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
• Oversee the progression of each candidate through the recruitment pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely completion.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in corporate recruiting strategies and sourcing methods.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and managing hiring processes.
• Strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Ability to create compelling job postings and attract suitable candidates.
• Experience with recruitment advertising and branding efforts.
• Familiarity with credential verification, compliance checks, and onboarding procedures.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
