We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Haddonfield, NJ. This position will report to our office in Princeton, NJ once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. Responsibilities include running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order, keeping accurate records of treatments provided, mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws, serving as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs, maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures, advising customers of potential problems, keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes, maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage. Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area, carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs, and work schedule includes every other Saturday. Qualifications: This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you. A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required. A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years). A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
