Job Description

Office Manager with Previous Experience

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and knows their way around the trades. If you’ve got a knack for keeping things organized, dispatching field teams, and running a smooth, efficient office—we want to meet you!

This role is perfect for someone who’s worked in a plumbing, HVAC, solar, roofing, water treatment, electrical, or other skilled trade office setting and is ready to bring their talents to a team that values efficiency, great customer service, and a little fun along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day flow of a busy service office

  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians (bonus points if you can do it with a smile!)

  • Handling customer calls and making sure every interaction is smooth and professional

  • Keeping jobs organized and on track using field service software (we love ServiceTitan, but if you’ve used something similar, that works too!)

  • Coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and helping the team stay ahead of the game

  • Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as an office manager or dispatcher in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, solar, roofing, electrical, water treatment, etc.)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A natural multitasker who doesn’t get rattled when it gets busy

  • Experience with field service software (ServiceTitan is a plus)

  • Someone who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay:
$24–$30/hr, based on your experience and what you bring to the table
