The Nurse Supervisor for the Telemetry Unit will assist the unit manager in the supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel. You will ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services during your assigned shift. This role requires a strong leader who understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
- Key Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide education and training to nursing personnel to maintain consistent standards of practice.

- Requirements*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina.
- National Certification in Nursing (required within 1 year of hire).
- At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing area.
- 1 year of experience in teaching and facilitation of learning.
- Leadership experience preferred.
