Rate: $70/hr

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
Board Certification
License in any State or US territory
Active, unrestricted DEA license (Schedules II-V)

• BLS

• ACLS

• PALS

• ATLS

• Minimum 6 months experience. (No lapse in clinical practice exceeding six months) Responsibilities:

Deliver professional midwifery care to women and newborns, including high-risk obstetric care.
Conduct history and physicals, manage labor and delivery, and perform spontaneous vaginal deliveries.
Prescribe and administer medications and anesthesia; perform procedures such as episiotomy and repair.
Provide postpartum, family planning, and gynecological services.
Utilize facility's Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for documentation.
Participate in medical staff meetings, quality assurance, peer reviews, and interdisciplinary care planning.
Collaborate with and refer to other health providers as necessary.
Educate patients, families, and health professionals on maternal-child health.
Comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS regulations.
