Market Research Analyst

Location:  Stamford, CT (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Type:  Full-Time

Whether you're  early in your career with strong academic foundations in statistics , or bring 0–2+ years of hands-on experience  in market research or data analytics, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

You’ll work directly with our Senior Manager of Market Research and collaborate with strategists, creatives, and designers to uncover deep insight and shape brand and innovation strategies.

Depending on your experience, you will:

• Program, manage, and troubleshoot online surveys (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer)
• Monitor data collection, manage sample quotas, and ensure field quality
• Clean, structure, weight, and scale data post-field
• Conduct advanced analyses: segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint, regression, TURF, etc.
• Link primary data to market simulators, pricing models, and forecasting tools
• Assist in developing tools that leverage social listening and API-based data
• Synthesize data into compelling insights, narratives, and brand implications
• Create visual data deliverables for client presentations and strategy sessions
• Contribute to ideation materials, innovation concept development, and workshops

Who You Are

• You have a  Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in statistics  (required)
• You’re naturally curious how data and analytics can help us understand what makes people tick
• You’re interested in brand strategy, consumer behavior and analyzing market trends
• You’re excited by the intersection of data, storytelling, and business strategy
• You’re comfortable with SPSS, R, Python, and Excel for data processing and analysis
• You’re a clear communicator whether in writing, visuals, or on a team call
• You have a team-oriented mindset with a natural drive to contribute, communicate, and co-create in person
• You’re organized, independent, and able to take initiative and juggle multiple tasks with precision
• You may bring 0–2 years of experience , with relevant coursework or internship exposure
• This position is limited to persons with the indefinite right to work in the United States.
