✅ You Bring:
✓ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✓ Active PA LPN license + BLS/CPR certification
✓ 1+ year experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute settings
✓ Proficiency in EMR and clinical documentation
✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✅ What You'll Do:
✓ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✓ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✓ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement care plans
✓ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals
✓ Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with safety protocols
✓ Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient during rehabilitation
