We’re looking for a freelance (with the possibility of full-time) Junior Digital Designer who’s ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be jumping into a range of projects, learning from fellow Haus creatives, and crafting digital experiences that feel thoughtful and refined. If you’ve got solid fundamentals, a great attitude, and a standout portfolio that shows promise—we want to meet you. Requirements What You'll Do Collaborate with other designers and creative directors on web, social, and campaign projects for a variety of clients and brands Assist with layout design, asset creation, and production tasks Prepare files for development handoff Participate in design critiques and team reviews Iterate on feedback and stay open to learning new tools and processes What We're Looking For 1–2 years of design experience A clean, well-curated portfolio that demonstrates strong visual fundamentals Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (AE is a plus!) Familiarity with responsive web design and digital best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills A team-first attitude and willingness to ask questions and grow This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn from experienced creatives, and gain exposure to a wide variety of digital projects.
