Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in residential HVAC systems to join our team. This full-time position offers a steady weekday schedule and weekly travel to job sites across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity in all customer interactions
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate a variety of residential HVAC/R equipment
Service, troubleshoot and replace parts for residential HVAC systems
Work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements to inspect and service equipment
Maintain vehicle stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment
Complete service documentation accurately and timely
Travel weekly to service customers across NJ and PA

What We Need from You:

Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial HVAC experience preferred
Universal EPA Certification for refrigerants (required)
Valid driver’s license
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating systems and principles
Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day
Flexibility to travel regularly to NJ and PA (company vehicle provided)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and frequently move heavy equipment and parts
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces
Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at high heights
Endurance to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements

The base pay for this position ranges from $30-45/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
