Human Factors Engineer & Ergonomist Practitioner Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 36 years' experience in the Federal, military, and commercial marketplaces with a business line dedicated to providing Healthcare support services. Overview: The U.S. Health and Human Services, Program Support Center on behalf of the Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has a requirement to provide national staffing services. The purpose of this opportunity is to provide professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff in support of various Occupational Health Centers (OHCs) located throughout the United States. Tasks & Responsibilities: Include, but not limited to: workplace design, essential job functional analysis, employee/management training, employee assessment, furniture/equipment evaluation/recommendations, etc. Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor's degree or professional licensure in a health field related to ergonomics or graduate degree in ergonomics, engineering, life, or behavior sciences. Documentation of ergonomic certification (i.e. Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Certified Industrial Ergonomist, Certified Ergonomist Evaluator (CEE) or extensive formal training and practical experience in the application of ergonomic principles, work analysis and measurement, workplace design, as appropriate to the specific interagency project requirements. Security Clearance Requirements: An active Secret Clearance is required.
