Job Summary


As the face of Old Town Trolley of Nashville, our Hotel Concierge plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a sincere love of Nashville's history and culture, and a natural ability to engage guests. This role focuses on promoting and effectively selling discounted attraction tickets while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell discounted attraction tickets to hotel guests
  • Engage guests with enthusiasm, local knowledge, and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Old Town Trolley offerings and local attractions
  • Operate Ventrata ticketing system accurately and efficiently
  • Complete daily ticket sales recap and notes
  • Stand and work independently for extended periods of time
  • Comply with company policies and guest service standards
  • Resolve guest issues calmly and professionally under pressure

Requirements:

  • Experience with Ventrata or similar ticketing platforms preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write fluent English
  • Ability to remain pleasant, courteous, and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior sales or concierge experience is a plus
