We know the key to a well-operating store is the General Manager . Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals based on labor hours, food costs, and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive 1% of gross sales as a bonus. Any sales over their budget earn them 10% of sales! Strong managers can earn nearly as much in bonuses as in salary. Managers must possess high personal integrity and be capable of driving results through continuous coaching. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations, controlling profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Planning and ensuring the professional growth and development of the management team and crew members. Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and completing regular safety, cleaning, and operational checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections. Requirements Previous management experience. Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and labor cost controls. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and vehicle. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proven reliability and high personal integrity. Benefits Potential annual total compensation including bonuses up to $85,000.
