Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in El Cajon, CA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team members, ensure quality control, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, managing budgets, ensuring project deadlines are met, and implementing company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. 
• Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats. 
• Setting performance goals and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Operational Management:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. 
• Managing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing expenses. 
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. 
• Identifying and resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks. 
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Recruiting, hiring, and training high-performing employees. 
• Motivating and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. 
• Providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. 
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in project management and budget management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design and installation
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in using management software and tools
• Experience in signage or related industries is a requirement
