Job Description Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to achieve company and operational goals. Use your knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to advise franchise owners/operators to improve sales, profits, standards, and systems while exceeding customer expectations. Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and standards. Gain support from franchise leadership to meet operational goals. Engage with experts as needed and support other functions when necessary. Primary Responsibilities Planning Implement and execute the Worldwide Operations Business Plan for your district, including marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain strategies. Assist franchisees in developing and executing district-wide business plans aligned with ADQ’s operational and marketing objectives. Consulting Advise on marketing performance and partnerships with departments, vendors, and franchisees. Help franchisees meet standards for shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere. Provide guidance to ensure financial health and support franchise development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies. Other Responsibilities Support other departments as needed. Assist with new store openings and ad hoc projects. The US national base salary range is $92,800 - $113,680, plus potential bonuses. Salary depends on skills, location, and experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years in restaurant or franchise operations management. Clean driving record required. Knowledge of the restaurant industry, operations, marketing, finance, HR, and development. Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel overnight as needed. ServSafe certification required. Additional requirements include availability for occasional evening/weekend hours, travel by car and plane, and physical ability to stand for long periods.
