We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with community members, managing volunteer programs, and supporting outreach initiatives to promote our organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The Enrollment Specialist will play a vital role in expanding our programs through effective recruitment, public speaking, and data collection efforts, ensuring the successful enrollment of participants into various initiatives.

 

Duties

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to recruit participants for programs and services
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and supervision to ensure effective program support
  • Connect with the public to promote organizational initiatives within the community through direct to consumer campaigns.
  • Coordinate program development activities, including planning and evaluating new projects
  • Oversee data collection processes to monitor enrollment trends and program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to meet organizational goals
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to program registration, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program development
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting and training staff or volunteers
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior administrative experience supporting program operations is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passion for community service and making a positive impact
