Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Energy Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing team of experts in energy optimization, infrastructure development, and sustainability. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping commercial and industrial clients navigate the evolving energy landscape through innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized energy strategies for large-scale clients across various industries.
• Analyze energy usage data, market trends, and regulatory developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support renewable energy integration, demand response programs, and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Lead client engagements from initial consultation through execution, including contract negotiation and vendor coordination.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and regulatory teams to deliver turnkey infrastructure and energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in energy consulting, utility management, or infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of ERCOT markets, energy procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
• High Voltage systems and infrastructure.
• Arc Flash analysis and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and ESG reporting.
• Substation design, operation, or project management.
• CUSP (Certified Utility Safety Professional) certification.
• Experience with Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) models.
• Proficiency in energy modeling tools and data visualization platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
