Description:

We are looking for a full time Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team! TransLease is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Currently, we have customers in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. This person will have a large impact on our marketing strategy and ultimately be responsible for growing our business. The successful candidate needs advanced technical skills using Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe platforms, and all Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. This person will also have 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive revenue and increase customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events and digital marketing campaigns, gathering market insights and providing reports to management.
  • Conduct general market research to keep up to date on trends and competitor's marketing movements.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels and event materials, including email marketing, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with website design, SEO and content creation (blog posts).
  • Video shooting and editing.
  • Work with other teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and marketing campaigns.
  • Social media management for the company's brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing various marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other internal and external events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • We are looking for candidates with a 4-year College degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing.
  • Experience with email campaigns and lead generation.
  • Strong experience in branding and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred.
  • Must be very familiar with all Google applications, Adobe Platforms, and ALL Microsoft Office products.
  • Finance Experience a plus!
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of the industry is not required but preferred.
  • As part of our recruitment process, we conduct assessment testing and post-offer full background checks, physical and drug screening.
