Springroll AI is changing how people find their best-fit career in the U.S. Army. We’ve developed JOE — Joint Operations for Enlistment — an AI-powered career matching assistant that chats with candidates and recommends the top 3 Army jobs based on their skills, interests, and goals.
We’re looking for people who want to help us test JOE and give feedback on the experience. You’ll chat with JOE like a potential recruit, receive your job matches, and tell us what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve.

• Spend 10-15 minutes chatting with JOE, our AI career matching bot.
• Review the top 3 Army job recommendations you receive.
• Share feedback on the accuracy, clarity, and overall experience.
• Optional: Speak with an Army recruiter after testing to see how JOE’s matches align with real career options (not required).
