* Hybrid/partial work from home schedule after training but must be commutable to train and work 1 day a week in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. • Hourly pay rate ranges equivalent to $45,000-$65,000 annually
• Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims
• Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by the factory or distributor
• Keeps abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
• Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments
• Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of Automotive Manufacturer Warranty Administrative experience required
• CDK experience highly desirable.
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
